1.0− The elevator broke and I was on the 10th floor and I have back problems I had to go up and come back down the stairs. Plus my reservation was cancelled and I had to rebook a room.

7.0− The pullout bed didn’t pull out.. it was stuck and the door was hard to open it’s like someone have tried to open it with a screwdriver..

3.0The view is the only thing this place has. We paid for the view.
− Staff didnt have an answer for any questions we had. Elevator didnt work. Was told After checkin. Door to room didnt shut. Not very clean. Plaster coming off ceilings, paint chipping off walls cracks in walls, NO HOT WATER, NO Balcony. TV didnt work. Blanket was like a paper towel. Very old Pool, Both hot tubs out of order.
