This was a complete disaster. It took us 2 hours to find this place. No signage from the road and impossible to locate. When we finally did find it, they didn't have a booking for us and hadn't heard from your group...bitterly disappointing. We ended up staying at the Marriott at twice the price. Please ensure that we are not billed for this disaster.

Very good price - rather difficult to locate and no response from doorbell, so had to find phone number to ring the guesthouse for access Small but very comfortable good single room - walk outside property to access conservatory for breakfast so maybe not good in bad weather - other rooms were indoor access
