8.0The property is centrally located and has convenient parking and a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs which some may find annoying. A paint job, carpet and decent furnishing and decoration would bring this place up to a premium standard, but for the price it is fine.
Great rental in Launceston
10.0Great rental that is centrally located. Walking distance to downtown, with shops and restaurants just a outside your door. The rental is everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Plenty of room to cook and entertain. The unit also has a washer dryer which was handy. The living area has a good amount of room to relax. The bathroom is modern. Both bedrooms were good sized. Although we had a bit of a heating issue during our stay. Both bed come with heated blankets. The unit also has a reserved parking space which is convenient.
