2.0We stayed here for 2 nights and it was not the best experience. I noticed stains on the carpet and some of the blankets and towels. The bathroom was small and the bathtub with the shower curtains made it almost impossible to not spill water on the bathroom floor, yet they have a sign saying they’ll charge you 50,000 tenge for spilling water on the floor. The WiFi was so bad. Imagine after a long day hiking, you can hardly keep a phone call going with your family back home. The street seems a little sketchy, the view from window in our room was just some garbage dump below us. Not sure if it was staff or some local but always smoking outside and staring. The staff didn’t seem friendly either, not like the staff at other hotels who are very endearing.
