7.0Location for business at immigration and ANATI. I had business to attend to in the Tumba Muerto área and it was convenient to walk there.
− The location was not convenient to the metro, which would have been nice. Taxis passed frequently but were often full of other passengers and did not stop. I arrived after 630 pm and had to wait outside of the gate for about 10 minutes with my suitcases, this wasn't comfortable. The bedroom was hot, air conditioner wasn't that great, and the room was close to the road, which is a busy thoroughfare. At 7 am the next morning, the maid next door was filling buckets of water and talking loudly. I did not request breakfast, and thought the price for a warm, loud room was too high.

4.0− Unfortunately, our trip to Panama City had to be postponed due to the protests that erupted against the First Quantum mining contract. The main roads were blocked for hours, and we were caught in traffic several times. As a result, our meetings in Panama City had to be postponed. I kept the property in the loop about the situation. When things finally returned to normal, I tried to book the same room at the same price for a later date. While I understand their policy of not refunding for no-shows, I was not asking for a refund; I just wanted to book the same room at the same price for a later date. It left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Under the circumstances, I believe that the property should have been more flexible and accommodating. After all, I was not asking for a refund, and I wanted to rebook the same room at the same price at a later date. Unfortunately, their lack of understanding and empathy has left me with an unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this property based on their inflexible approach.
