2.0Property refused to refund what I paid for. My family went and found out that theres no electricity. Why posting room available and the service is not available to offer? Why refusing to refund ? Im very disappointed!

10.0Joann, the woman at the front desk, was outstanding. She was very professional and made the check-in super quick and easy. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly. The security guards, housekeeping, and the restaurant employees provided for a great experience. The hotel is within walking distance to the mall with many places to eat and shop. The room was really clean and comfortable.

10.0The front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. It is really nice to go to breakfast in the morning and be greeted with such a welcomeness. The property is duper quiet and safe, the pool is really big and clean, and you can walk to the mall. I truly enjoyed staying here and will make this property my choice when returning to Gensan.
A very disappointing experience
2.0This old hotel is in a very run down condition. Our shower, telephone and toilet did not operate at different times during our one night stay. Its age means it is high maintenance but staff are few. I have a feeling that Covid-19 was the nail in the coffin. We found a dead squashed cockroach in one of the blankets and the pond area, where you could chose a fish to be cooked in the restaurant was polluted and fishless. I feel sorry for the staff having to constantly field people's complaints. Unless the management get a grip and inject serious money into the establishment, I doubt whether this once fine hotel will still be open this time next year - very sad.
