6.0Hotel Towels Are always a problem. We had to ask for bath mats and there were no hand towels. The aircon was too big for a small Room and the shower door was ridiculously too small. One has to squeeze a whole body in to shower. I bet most big sized people would not be able to fit. The lifts are very dirty and needs thorough cleaning

6.0This hotel has seen better days, the rooms are shabby, and breakfast was very limited. However, the service provided by the receptionist Lorrain was exceptional.
