Excellent location and value
9.0Excellent location if you hike or ski and want access to outdoor recreation in the area. The rooms are recently renovated, clean and comfortable. An excellent value for the price. No frills stay but the cleanliness and comfort top notch. We also like that it is walking distance to town so if we want drinks with dinner, we can leave the car at the hotel and stroll over to several excellent options.
− The office is never staffed any time we have visited, this could cause a delay in response if there is ever an issue. They also never supply enough toilet paper. No matter the length of stay and guests booked, it is the same. (We have stayed multiple times). Luckily this time with the rain we were around more during the day and were able to catch a cleaning person to ask for more. Its not a real problem just something to anticipate especially if you plan to be out all day and unable to catch a cleaning person during their hours.

7.0We just needed a place to stay. The beds were clean, showers hot, Netflix and Hulu available which was awesome. Pillow comfortable
− The walls and doors have all scratches on it. The windows don’t close due to the air conditioners placed in the window. Front desk seems to never be opened. Got our key from the mailbox and dropped there as well.
I stayed here because it is close to Hunter Mountain.
9.0There was no breakfest. I was able to park my car. Location is great for skiing at Hunter Mountain. Rooms and bathroom were clean.
− There was nobody to ask questions. Picked up my key in a dropbox. Dropped it off there when I was leaving.

− Shower stall had mold and did not drain properly. Also bed were uncomfortable
