10.0I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I want to give special thanks to Sagar, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with everything I needed, always with a smile. Thanks to him, my experience in Kathmandu was even better. I highly recommend this place!

10.0Considering the rate and the location, Jay suites must be the best choice. The floor in the room is very dusty. If the room floor is clean, it will be the perfect.
