9.0Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The breakfast was lovely.
A total shambles

− Noisy room above beer cooler on all night, breakfast was disgusting, no hairdryer, no aerial connection for TV, no sleep because of noisy cooler, booked 2 night stay, left the premises after one night, should be compensated for the unacceptable noise overnight with no sleep

− There was a continuous humming noise/ vibration at the back of the hotel on top floor. It was very noticeable & definitely wasn’t the fridge. I’m not sure where it was coming from
Stayed 1 night. All good. Felt safe and secure. Was welcomed by the staff. Spot on for me.

− The room was dirty and dated. We didn’t even use the shower or bath because they looked grubby!! Fridge doesn’t even work properly.
