− Atendimento na recepção, pouco solícitos e, por vezes, ríspidos. O serviço da governança deixa a desejar. Toalhas de praia sendo usadas como toalhas de banho, toalha de rosto não tinha, demora para arrumar o quarto para servir uma arrumação fajuta.
