Excellent service, attentive staff, comfortable accommodation and lovely food.
10.0Food was great. The help given to my disabled husband was great - staff kind and attentive. The food was fab, and the room excellent.
− A vertical grabber in the shower is better than horizontal, for safety.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel in Great Yarmouth and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing throughout our stay. We treated ourselves to the Summer Afternoon Tea, which was absolutely delicious and fantastic value for money – there was so much food that we certainly didn't leave hungry! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was equally delicious, and we were especially touched by how welcoming they were to our dog. He was greeted with a bowl of fresh water and even a sausage at breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. Our air-conditioned room made for a comfortable night's sleep, and the hotel's fantastic location made it an ideal base for exploring Great Yarmouth. This is a truly dog-friendly hotel with amazing staff, excellent food, and outstanding service. We had a lovely break and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
