The only upside is the private Onsen.
2.0The private Onsen was fantastic and beautiful, and they gave us a lift from the station
− There was no hot water in our room, the sheets and towels smelled musty, and they messaged us first to say breakfast was included in our plan, then dinner, then at last minute that no food was included and we had to find our own, by that time we were almost there. There was no food in the area so we didn't eat a meal the whole time we were there. Also the air conditioning made a horrible noise even when turned off. Staff seemed to not care when we spoke to then about it.
