10.0Friendly staff, helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy walking distance to conference centre (makuhari messe). Also walking distance to train station and a bus directly outside that goes to both international airports. Walked to Aeon mall - big food hall / grocery store.

10.0Upon check in they gave us a warm cloth which was amazing as we were travelling many hours before getting there was a nice refresh. The hotel looked amazing from the outside and inside, room was super clean very friendly staff from the front and they also helped us with our baggage and showed us our room. Shopping was super close and transport was a small walk away. Breakfast was amazing, Highly recommend.

10.0娘2人と宿泊しました。ナッツアレルギーがあり、朝食ブッフェでチケットの色が違かったり、席についた時にアレルギーの確認をしていただいたり、安心して食事が楽しめました。 スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さ、とても素晴らしかったです。
