10.0Central location with elevated view of the river. Welcoming staff, clean, convenient. Will definitely stay here again. The breakfast/lunch restaurant within the bait shop on the other side of the street is fantastic.
− This hotel isn't new and the interiors are a bit dated. However, it has plenty of character and charm. Run by people who care. Old Florida at its best.

− Well for starters do not email the customer there different approval emails with confirmation numbers. The let the customer and her three kids drive all the way down there without telling or notifing someone that their reservation was canceled. I would also notify someone that is states that your open until 11:30pm but when you get the male desk clerk he will tell you they close at 8pm!! I have stayed there before a few times but this time was bad enough to make me never stay there again....
