The room was a very enjoyable experience with the plunge pool and sauna. The service from the front desk was superb, and they attended promptly to the plunge pool that was malfunctioning. The beds were super comfortable, and the family were blown away by the technology. Will be sure to stay again!!

− Only downside was we were having to get the maintenance guy to sort out the plunge pool that malfunctioned a couple of times, however his service was superb.

Recommended - but be prepared to negotiate around the minor issues which can be irritating

Very nice hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Lovely well-appointed room. Good breakfast. Good room service food. Good location near to the SM Mall.

− - Tiny lift and very slow. I gave up and used the stairs. As I was on the 2nd floor i.e. one above ground level this was easy enough; - the room is operated by 3 x tablets. They don't function well. Two didn't work on arrival but that was fixed, one I just gave up on, of the remaining two I used as one. Why - one won't send messages to the front desk, but another will, one won't operate the lights, but another will. So, you have to switch and swap; - overhead pool spotlights don't turn off. There is no function to turn them off. I was told they were on a sensor and would go off after 20 minutes - that wasn't the case and they didn't, so they stayed on all night. As they are ceiling spotlights, they are bright. I brought down the blinds in the bedroom but of course there are gaps at the sides where the light shines in. Luckily, I had eye shade covers with me, so sleep was possible; - sauna spotlights won't turn off. The staff and I just gave up on these as there was no fix; - the spa in the middle of the room periodically switched on making a noise even in the middle of the night. I pushed all 5 off buttons but I can only assume it was on some sort of auto function i.e. heat the water up to a certain temperature; - I was told there was no room safe which meant I would never have booked as I check one is always advertised. Later I found the room safe; - for some reason the breakfast coffee always came without milk even though I wrote it on my order. I felt sorry for the guy as after day 2 I asked him to go back to the hotel cafe/restaurant to get me some I mention the above as if they are fixed, I would have marked the hotel as a 9 or 10 and not a 7. However, I will return as I learnt to negotiate my way around these issues.

The room is one of a kind, huge with amazing facilities.

− We overlooked the message that the security deposit needed to be paid in cash Despite us paying more than 50% on our arrival with the promise we would visit the ATM at the mall next door as soon as we could we were hassled by one receptionist multiple times.
