6.0Sijainti oli erinomainen ja huoneisto tilava.
− Asunnon suihkun viemäri oli niin tukossa, ettei suihkua voinut oikeastaan edes käyttää. Lisäksi siivous oli hieman huonosti tehty. Huoneistosta aukesi ikkunat kävelykadulle jossa oli ravintoloita ja meteli oli niin kova, että vaikka ikkunat olivat kiinni ei nukkumaan pystynyt ennen aamuyötä, kun ravintolat menivät kiinni.

8.0Vieta puiki, tikrai viskas ranka pasiekiama, lokacija liuks ! Butas švarus, viskas ko reikia yra. Gyvenome 9 bute- vaizdas kad ir pro nedidelius langus bet labai gražus.
− Nepatiko kad nėra vietos automobiliui, nors rašo kad yra, aikštelėje kainuoja 24€/para. Ir 9 butas nurodyta aukštas 3 nors realiai yra 4.

9.0Everything was nice - location amazing, parking close, ventilator in these days was 10/10!!! Overall really good for the price!
− The baby bed was not in good shape, the matress wasnt usable for safe sleep. Also top floor - 27 degrees these days, so very hot.
