Location was great,that’s about it.

− Room was dirty.Dirty towels with pubic hair on them and stains.Dirty bathroom ,hair everywhere.Showed did not work,had to wash up using tap .Again pubic hair all over the place in the bathroom.No Tv remoute either.

10.0The flat was absolutely clean , the staff was fantastic I felt at home , the respect , the language was perfect , I guess the staff had that touch of confidence and perfect experience
− The toilet brush was not clean , at least we should have a bottle of drinking water or to use when making a cup of tea , yes I have to use water from the washing machine basin , was it safe for drinking , I guess yes , where is signage to show that it’s safe for drinking water
