2.0I am disappointed by the lack of refund for my cancelled stay, despite efforts made by the Expedia team to contact the hotel. I lost my money It is unfortunate that this behavior is common in our country, and it is a shame as this hotel has been a favorite of mine since childhood. Moving forward, I will not be recommending this location to friends traveling to Honduras.
