9.0It was a great and warm welcome. The staff is exceptional friendly and does not let the guests want for anything. A thorough inventory was made of any special requests, and these were responded to as best as possible. The real warm korean hospitality was clearly felt. This is why we love south korea so much.

9.0The view is really nice ! All the rooms are arranged to allow full privacy between each pool. The location is also confortable and clean.
− It is not really a drawback but in terms of organization, it's better to buy your groceries on the way because there are no real grocery stores near the location (it is a 25 min drive to the nearest city with a grocery store, and 10 min to the nearest konbini store). Usage of the bbq is also a little bit expensive as you have to pay each use.

8.0Nicely located on top of mountain. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. The Villa was spacious and clean
− The entire facilities OUTSIDE the Villa (no direct impact to your stay) was a bit messy, with construction materials, tools etc laying around, which from an aesthetic perspective is not very pleasing.

8.0The place was neat and clean but it was super small, the luggages couldn't fit in there. We kept bumping at them as we were walking around the place. The bed it was extremely soft, they had a small kitchen inside which was amazing so we could make our breakfast. We had all the supplies we needed to cook. Customer service was good, they would help real quick if you had any questions or needs.The view was beautiful but we didnt get to enjoy it since it was raining like crazy throughout the whole weekend we stayed. The resort is 45 min away from the city, so not so close. My only criticism for this place is that I understand they dont do refunds but you should have the right to reschedule if you cant make it at the day you booked. This places is pretty expensive and they should give you that opportunity. I had to go last weekend because I couldn't reschedule and I didn't have a good time because it was raining all the time, we didnt get to enjoy the pool, the bbq outside, the beautiful view, or stay in the padio...nothing at all. We were pretty much forced to go there because otherwise we would lose the money. Very disappointed and it was my anniversary weekend. I am not coming back just because of his policy, I think it is unfair in my personal opinion.
