Reasonable price, comfortable, good location, will be my go to place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

Multiple Service Failures and Dishonored Agreements by the GM
4.0This hotel failed on multiple levels during my stay. There were absolutely no amenities provided, and housekeeping never serviced my room once. Furthermore, the front desk willfully miscommunicated my breakfast eligibility, applied erroneous billing charges to my account, and withheld my rightful F&B credits.The worst part, however, was the management. When I escalated these issues to the General Manager, he explicitly agreed to compensate me with a specific number of points. He ultimately only credited 60% of the agreed amount. He simply refused to honor his own words. Avoid this property if you value service and integrity.
