10.0We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were exceptional. Room was lovely nicely designed had everything. Breakfast was great lots of choice. Hotel was good value and in a perfect position

In summary you could not beat the location and the staff was excellent.
9.0The staff was extremely hospitable and could not do enough for us. The air con and tv had issues but they tried to solve to the problem.
− The air conditioning had issues and was not working correctly. And the tv had no signal.
