Gutes neues Hotel
8.0Netter Empfang, sauberes Zimmer, alles neu und schön. Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage zum Auestadion war prima, Anbindung an Öffis perfekt.
− Ich hätte mir federfreie Betten gewünscht (Allergie) aber das ist Geschmackssache. Eine Nachttischlampe wäre nett gewesen.

8.0Es war sehr schön und für den Preis vollkommen angemessen
− Leider war es sehr warm in den Zimmer und die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Am nächsten Tag das Personal darauf angesprochen. Die Klima wird bei den Außentemperaturen nicht angemacht, aber im Zimmer waren es sehr warm auch wenn die Nacht kühl war. Fenster auf hat leider Nix gebracht. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.

7.0朝食は本当においしかったし、スタッフも良かったが、けっしてロマンチックな滞在先ではない。
− １４：００にアーリーチェックインを希望していたが、早くついて１２：００にホテルに行ったら、玄関がしまっていて、電話をしたら出てきてくれて、１４：００のチェックイン希望が伝わっておらず、荷物を置いてまた１６：００にくるか、たまたま隣同士の部屋が空いていて、追加料金を払って、１２：００にチェックインできたが、１４：００のアーリーチェックインの希望が伝わっていなかったことが、良くなかった点です。
