6.0It was fine. Room had no air conditioning / heat control, so needed to keep the balcony door open to stay cool. No water in the room. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

10.0We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pool, gardens, room and bar were all in very good condition. There is hotel bus into town and also a public bus stop almost outside.

10.0Beautiful property and staff. Everywhere in the hotel is so well looked after, decorated and furnished. Plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy a drink, the atmosphere and views of the garden. The staff were so friendly, caring and helpful and genuine - you never felt they were doing things just because it was their job to do so. It was a real pleasure to stay and I would highly recommend it
