8.0L'hôtel est propre et les lits sont confortables.le petit déjeuner est un peu chiche il faut tout demander quand on veut qq chose, mais les produits sont bons!

5.0− L’accueil et la sympathie lors de l'arrivée,avec en plus des remarques désobligeantes.La personne a essayé de se rattraper après en s'excusant mais il ne faut vraiment pas faire cela à des voyageurs fatigués.
