8.0Die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.
Es hat alles gepasst, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
9.0Wir waren zwei Freundinnen im Rahmen des Openair St. Gallen im Hotel Dom. Super netter Service und toller Empfang. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen.
− Die Glastüre zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich. Keinerlei Privatsphäre, wenn man sich nicht gut kennen würde.
Ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Freundliches, offenes Personal. Vertrauensvoll und wertschätzend.
9.0Das Zimmer mit dem Balkon zum Innenhof ist sehr angenehm und auch ruhig. Das Bett ist bequem und die Farbgestaltung fand ich sehr stimmig (auch die Bilder haben mich abgeholt). Das mit der Maxibar (anstatt Minibar) hat gut geklappt und ich habe es auch rege genutzt (Tee und Kaffee, Äpfel). Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Beratung durch die Rezeption zu Restaurants und allg. Infos zur Stadt. Die Lage ist super so direkt in der Innenstadt. Ohne dass man es wüsste, dass Personen mit zusätzlichem Unterstützungsbedarf mitarbeiten, würde es kaum auffallen. Einige waren etwas zurückhaltend (unsicher?), doch durchwegs alle sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. Als Gast fühlte ich mich willkommen, wertgeschätzt und ich spürte Vertrauen (was leider nicht bei allen Hotels der Fall ist).
− Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher klein, doch für mich hat es alles gehabt, evtl. etwas mehr Auswahl bei den Konfitüren wäre noch schön gewesen. Bei Sonnenschein kann es auf dem Balkon heiss werden. Trotzdem, ich habe den Balkon genossen zum Lesen oder Kaffee/Tee trinken.

− La terrasse un peu minimaliste, mérite d’ être un peu plus plaisante et le bar self service un peu cher.

9.0Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einige Nächte im Hotel benötigt. Die Maxibar mit Getränken, Kaffee und Tee hat mir gut gefallen.
