− bath room was not in good shape, mold in shower, broken mirror and sink. Booking stated parking there was none at all needed an hour to find one.

10.0Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Alles war super und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Besitzer, der wirklich unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend war. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

1.0The only good thing I can think about this property is that it is in the center right by all the shopping however personally it seemed very crowded busy for a hotel location. I’m much prefer to be a little bit off the beaten path where everything is still within reach but not have all the foot traffic right at my door.
− I know this was a three star hotel, but for $300 a night. I thought the room would’ve been cleaner. Right when we walked in on the sofa, there was an obvious spillage of some kind that was never cleaned up. The shower tiles had dirt in between them and the SOS string clearly had built-up grime. The light fixture in the room had a missing light on one of them that was never replaced. The conditions are not acceptable for us to stay in so we had to book another hotel when we told the front staff. The lady was very nice and offered us another room however given the state of the hotel we declined. I’m trying to get my money back with Booking.com since we didn’t even stay the night however it seems like the hotel is trying to push back on this which is very annoying.
