− Could have been cleaner, and the place on the whole looks a bit dated.
Hotel with faded glory but nice staff
5.0The location is quite nice because it is right at the beach. We also had a ocean view room, the other side might be a different experience as the railroads are there. Nevertheless, the trains didn't bother us as much. They have a large pool. The service however was very good and the people were super friendly.
− Jie Jie Beach really felt like a hotel with faded glory. The pool they have is very large and we did enjoy the pool. However it doesn't look very appealing and maintained. That goes for most of the hotel. It's quite large and it seems almost to large for proper maintenence (if you dont invest in it). The rooms weren't clean or maintained at all and the matrass wasn't very comfortable, unless you prefer rock solid. With the amount of staff that we saw, they could put some more effort in making sure the maintenence and cleanliness is on a higher standard considering it is a 5 star hotel.
