This was the first hotel we stayed at during our Bali trip, and it gave us the most wonderful start to our vacation. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we truly felt welcomed. We would especially like to thank Novy for providing such exceptional service. Even though we arrived late at night, Novy personally welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The villa was absolutely stunning. It was a beautiful two-story villa with a spacious living room and a private swimming pool on the first floor. Upstairs was a gorgeous princess-style bedroom, along with a beautiful wooden bathtub. The entire villa had a peaceful, luxurious, and romantic atmosphere that made it so easy to relax. One of our favorite experiences was enjoying brunch in our villa while overlooking the private pool and lush tropical surroundings. After our meal, we could simply jump into the pool, swim, and take beautiful photos. It truly felt like the perfect Bali vacation. The food was another highlight of our stay. The brunch was generous and delicious. We ordered several Indonesian dishes, and every one of them was excellent. The fresh fruit salad was huge and incredibly tasty. The BBQ dinner exceeded all of our expectations. The chef carefully grilled every skewer to perfection, and both the seafood and meat were cooked beautifully with amazing flavor. We honestly thought the BBQ here was even better than the BBQ at AYANA Resort. Thank you to the chef for preparing such wonderful food, and thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. The beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and unforgettable hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Bali!

− One minor drawback was that some neighboring guests occasionally spoke loudly and played music at a high volume, which could be heard from the villa. However, the front desk was very helpful and kindly assisted us in communicating with them, and the issue was handled professionally.

Stand out stay at Purana Boutique

All staff met really made this place special. Very attentive and customer focused. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The room we had was incredible with private pool. Accomodation, grounds and communal areas immaculately kept. Staff made extra effort for my girlfriends birthday during our stay even singing happy birthday with Indonesian cake! Massive thank you here.

− The only downside during our stay: All inclusive advertised and paid for, but not delivered. We got a full board and had to argue for a drink with each meal. No clarity given from booking.com nor the hotel. Rules around the supposed all inclusive changed daily. It's illegal to advertise for something and not provide.
