10.0The host was very helpful, precise, and friendly. Very easy self check-in. Our kids locked themselves out of the room 🙂 and she sent someone with a spare key within minutes.

− The mattress was very hard. Although the room was really big, it didn't add value. The bathroom was inconvenient. When you took a shower the whole room was wet. The toilet clogged even though we threw nothing in. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall.
