9.0L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre, le bain dans notre chambre, le confort.
− Payer des frais pour l'utilisation des bains publics quand on ne peut même pas les utiliser (tattoos - nous étions au courant que l'accès n'était pas possible lors de la réservation). Les frais ne devraient pas être changés si on n'utilise pas les bains publics.
