10.0It's not the Ritz on Maui but it's not as bad as some reviews claim. It was clean, quiet, hard mattress but not bad, restaurant was not always open, buffet could be better, lot of places to eat a short walk from hotel. Staff was Amazing, above and beyond actually. Also I must on their behalf make a defense for the restaurant, it was off season and the tourists haven't completely returned to previous numbers. I think it was a good stay for the price, I'll stay here again.

6.0I use this Hotel since more than 15 years! It has recently new management and they are really concerned to do their best for the customers. However, only the manager speaks some English and all the others do not know the difference between yes and no. Many staff but not for working, only showing where you have to go (restaurant, elevator, toilet, etc.) and what you should do. Sleep comfort is very good (bed, mattress, sheets, pillows). Bathrooms have been renewed (faucets, etc.) But be careful with the A/C: sometimes it's not working and then moving to another room in the night is not that pleasant. Price quality is excellent.
