10.0The staff were amazing! breakfast was great and made especially for us everyday, very clean and good room service, amazing location close to MBK and other malls. Also, they greeted us with authentic Thai desserts every time we returned to the hotel from a day out, exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back!

10.0מיקום נהדר, מרחק הליכה מהקניון המרכזי. הצוות פשוט מדהים!! איך שהגעתי קיבלתי מנת מנגו סטייקי רייס, וגם בעזיבה רצתה שאטעם מספר קינוחים מסורתיים של בנגקוק. היו מאוד שירותיים ואדיבים לאורך כל השהות שלי כאן. החדר היה נוח מאוד ונקי בצורה יוצאת דופן

Bad deal. Stay away
1.0At least there were hot water in the shower . Even do the window was open and without mosquito net
− In short, a terrible place, I can't even call it a hotel. Stay away. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff who can't even speak English. Small, stuffy room, slippery, greasy floor, creaking, the hotel itself is dark and damp and just burning with heat because the air conditioners don't work or don't exist (they probably save electricity there). The reception is not staffed most of the time and if they are, you have to look for where they are and in most cases they are listening to music or playing on their phones in some corner. I was misled by the ratings on Booking and it makes me so sad because that's not how I wanted to spend my last days in Thailand. They say they serve free breakfast. I wouldn't call it breakfast. Something amateurish and disrespectful. I think I was the only guest in the hotel. One of the floors is used as a warehouse. And all of that is just a tip. I hope more people don't fall into such an insulting and disrespectful experience like I did.
