10.0Villa El Arca is a simple but comfortable villa.We stayed on the top floor (4 story walk up) it has a peek -a- boo view of the bay. The bedroom and bathroom is air conditioned with an open air kitchen and patio. The small pool is nice and the location is very close to the beach and quiet except for the wildlife living in the jungle next door (many species of birds). They like to communicate in the morning. We loved it and would stay here again. If you require a 4 star place it's not for you.
− The TV is very small. I didn't even watch it but it is small.

9.0The room layout was good, and the open-air kitchen area was nice with a large dining table and seating. The pool and grounds were very well kept. Pleasant staff and reasonably quiet area.
− Utensils and cooking equipment were somewhat limited. However, if the staff was around, they would try to provide items upon request. A charcoal grill or two. would be a nice addition to the property. No reading lights at bedside

Gem on La Ropa
10.0Villa el Arca is a comfortable, very clean accommodation for a reasonable price. We felt safe and well taken care of. The supply of fresh water and regular housekeeping was wonderful. It is located only steps to the gorgeous swimming beach, restaurants and bus to town (15 min; 13p). The pool and property were well mantained, always beautifully clean. Quiet in the evenings. We hope to come back!
