10.0The location is great,.. we got one of the small rooms and uhh… it was Gigantic! Nice big rooms.
It was a good hotel and a nice stop on our road trip!
9.0the room was great the kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

It was horrible!
1.0They canceled one of my rooms on accident, and had nothing to fix the problem. They kept insisting i canceled the room by phone. They didn't have any kind of proof of a refund or cancelation. All they said was i called and canceled my room. I had to call bookings to even get a refund for the room they canceled in error. I ended up calling all around town and getting another room for $200 more.
− They were rude and not helpful after making a huge mistake. I had to fight for a refund. At no point did anyone apologize. The room didnt have ac so they gave us a box fan. The room was old and dated.
