10.0Есть отели, в которых просто останавливаешься, а есть те, после которых остаются тёплые воспоминания. Для нас этот отель стал именно таким местом. Красивый, уютный, с особой атмосферой, где каждая деталь создаёт ощущение комфорта и отдыха. Но главное достоинство этого места — люди. Искренние улыбки, внимательность и готовность помочь здесь не часть работы, а настоящее отношение к гостям. Отдельное спасибо Гюнель. В незнакомой стране даже такой вопрос, как подключение eSIM, может доставить неудобства, но благодаря её помощи всё решилось быстро и легко. Такие люди делают отдых спокойнее и приятнее. И, конечно, невозможно не отметить кухню. Каждый приём пищи был маленьким удовольствием — всё очень вкусно, свежо и приготовлено с заботой. Спасибо всей команде за то, что создаёте не просто хороший сервис, а настроение, к которому хочется возвращаться. Уезжаем с благодарностью и уверенностью, что это была не последняя наша встреча.

− В целом было все хорошо. Хотелось бы чтобы сделали скидку в честь праздников Ураза байрам и Навруз.

9.0Tesisin Yeri çok güzel, özellikle denize bakan odaları güzel. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Resepsiyon çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oluyorlar, Güner Hanıma özellikle teşekkürler, odada unuttuğum eşyalar için hemen haber verip ilgilendiler.
