− El mal funcionamiento del ascensor y las duchas, y la falta de productos básicos como geles de baño, productos de limpieza y toallas y papel de wáter de repuesto.

− No ponen jabon ni elements basicos para ducharse. Le falta mantenimiento al espacio, hay detalles muy evidentes que están descuidados. Inversiones pequeñas que harían la diferencia.

Um ótimo lugar pra ficar
9.0O apartamento que nos hospedamos é muito bonito, limpo e com tudo que precisamos para uma boa estadia. No coração da cidade, dava pra acessar basicamente tudo a pé. Guardamos o carro no estacionamento SABA Santa Caterina ( praça do hospital ), que fica bem pertinho,aconselho sempre baixar o aplicativo e fazer o pagamento antecipado pois fica bem mais em conta. A rua do apartamento é sem saída e só dá pra retornar de ré. O elevador só comporta uma pessoa com uma mala.
Wished we had stayed longer but had already paid for a hotel across town
8.0Location. Dark and quiet at night. Fantastic water pressure in shower. We were early arrival and the host made arrangements for us to bag drop and pick up keys from cleaners
− Liked just about everything really. It is nit picking to point things out, such as shower door leaked. Tray could not cope with fantastic water pressure, meaning towels were used to help reduce water on floor. Towel warmer in bathroom was red hot small people ( or bums) could get burnt!
