A bit of a hassle, but OK.
6.0Location for us was perfect.
− There was no on in the office when we arrived. There was a Ring doorbell that said was broken with a sign saying to call the number. No one answered the call, so I left a message with my number. I didn't get a call back, so I contacted Booking.com. While I was on the phone with Booking.com, we decided to try the "broken" Ring and received a response. We were able to get in our room finally, but it was a bit of a run-around. Room was dated, but clean.

8.0Modest location. Rooms well maintained with separate rooms divided into living/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Close access to my car.

1.0− Shower was falling through the floor (literally) Ceiling had holes and they covered it up with duct tape Outlets were burnt up Mold everywhere in hotel room (inside and out) Toilet was cracked Hotel needs to be condemned We paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1 (we are still waiting on a refund)
