10.0Stayed in 1902. Beautiful condo! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking my coffee. Loved getting 2 beach chairs and umbrella as part of the package. Will stay here again!!

2.0The only pro that I can come up with for this "resort" is the proximity to the beach. Once you get off of the elevator on the ground floor, you are close to the sand. The cons, however, are endless. The room smelled horrible upon arrival. We went and purchased air fresheners. The secondary bathroom did not work; there was no water in the sink, and the toilet would not flush. After messaging the owner, we had a plumber in the room once, maintenance in the room twice, and housekeeping once. The washing machine smelled like a sewer. The shower curtains needed to be replaced as they were covered in mildew. Water barely drains in the showers. The staff at the pool are very rudley strict with the wristbands which are hard plastic and cut you. If I were to sneak into a "resort" pool, this is not the pool I would sneak into as it is not nice. The sauna was not operational and closed. The parking garage is tight and difficult.
