8.0Great weekend getaway with family. Room include simple and delicious PappaRich breakfast. Affordable room rates. Great experience staying here. This was my first ever visit to Muar, Johor. Will definitely come again in the near future.

4.0Was complain to the staff my room 118 no hot water supply for shower during check out and the staff just reply me with "OK". Never apologies for the service and check. The is a hole on the bead head board.

6.0Excellent reception service which was prompt and clear with a ready smile from all staff! Keep it up! Owners of Tropicana, your staff are your frontline greatest assets! Thoughtful touch of complimentary breakfast at Paparich, a life-saver especially on rainy mornings. Miss the welcome drink vouchers though. No instant drinks sachets in room either. The chamber cleaning crew, bed linen and towels need refreshing. Wish the rooms smelt as good as the reception area! Be warned of stairs to climb if travelling with wheeled lagguage or elderlies.
