4.0Very uncomfortable stay. Only one thin sheet to cover myself when sleeping. Killed one cockroach in the bathroom. Motel is tight with the soap and shampoo. By design, very little comes out of the dispensers when you pump. Too much work! Thin towels. Low water pressure in the shower. No breakfast, No coffee maker in room either.

2.0Just wanted ONE extra towel. When I asked the custodian (who had stacks of towels) for one he looked at me asked how long I’m staying for, which room I’m in, and if I’m leaving today. Since I was leaving (stayed the night of 1/25 left morning of 1/26) in the morning he said no just for that. Which I thought was rude especially the way he spoke to me. Rooms were clean but beds were creaky.
