3.0Proximity to Lighthouse Beach and Main Street of Chatham ; nice to loan beach supplies ; nice bulletin board of suggestions /recommendations
− Rooms were shabby, not very clean, damp, weak shower heads, had to walk outside and up slick narrow stairs to get to them. There was a big extension cord and vacuum cleaner in the walkway the entire two night stay.
A short term location if you can't find a posh hotel in town and want to be outside all day.
6.0Campy but fun. Bed was comfortable. Clean bath and good shower pressure.
− Breakfast wasn't until eight. Attic space. Felt kiddish. Pretty basic. Room could be a bit more exciting. Decor looked like the leftovers from a lower end tag sale.

8.0Walking distance to the highstreet with shops, resteraunts etc. Also walking distance to the beach. Nice seating area outside and free afternoon cheese and wine is a nice touch
− No breakfast facility but town is close enough and with plenty of choice
