5.0Podría decir que solo la ubicación. Y el baño si cumplió, salva la habitación.
− El aire acondicionado nunca sirvió correctamente, la distribución de las habitaciones no es buena cuando quieres bajar a la alberca, prácticamente tienes que salir del hotel para entrar a la alberca. Las habitaciones muy anticuadas, bases y buros de cemento, no es mobiliario decente, y puede ser peligroso. No había caja fuerte.

− Estacionamiento ajustado, malos usuarios para estacionarte, no hay elevador, no hay control del A/C

10.0Las camas están súper cómodas, el agua caliente nunca faltó. En la esquina hay un Oxxo, en la contra esquina un Chedraui y a un lado del Chedraui hay un buffet de desayunos, súper rico

6.0La ubicación es muy buena. Los empleados, a excepción de la recepcionista, fueron amables y profesionales.
− La actitud de la recepcionista no fue la mejor. El aire acondicionado tardó mucho en enfriar y había unos huéspedes muy ruidosos que nunca apagaron su música de las áreas comunes.
