− Very very bad smell of smoke inside the room. We arrive late night and my husband doesn't want me complain for change the room. But it's impossible sleep inside the room. Very sad in my stay.

8.0The location is very convenient for any activity/day trip around Sunset Beach or Cape May. Fit for purpose for an overnight stay. Reception is well serviced and helpful. It's a motel and provides all the necessaries for a clean, comfortable overnight stay. Towels, Soaps, Fridge in room, adequate lighting, clean bathroom etc. and air conditioning. (No safe in the room). Ample car parking. Uber cabs pick up & drop from there with no problem if needed.
− The air conditioner is a big unit in the room that does make a loud hum throughout but nothing to stop a good night's sleep. It's a motel and not a 'hotel' and certainly not at a budget price but for the shore area it is comparable. Manage your expectations accordingly and no issues.
