2.0No hold bag service. No phone in the room no mirror in the bathroom. Hole place was not kept up and clean. No simple amenities like hot water maker or coffee in room. No car service at all and your in the middle of nowhere you have to offer some kind of transportation. The road leading back to the hotel was rocks and stones and they didn’t even offer us a simple ride to the main road with all our luggage. The water that came from the shower and sink smelled like sewage. I quit taking a shower and could not brush my teeth afraid of swallowing it. Wholes in the sheets. Half the plugs didn’t work. Had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone and all this for the same price I would have paid for a room in boracay. Way overpriced. You can tell they don’t care about that place anymore and just sucking ppls money that don’t know. So STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!

2.0Our Room smells paint. We keep complaining but even a discount or complimentary was offer they just keep smiling Our room is not discounted so i expect more on the accomodation
