6.0Upon arrival at the property, we noticed the resort looks dated and was in need of upgrades as far as overall look. It looks run down and needs to be cleaned up. Check in is on the 19th floor and parking doesnt look secure. Our bedding had blood from prior occupants, so not sure the bedding was washed. We will not stay here again!
Margaritaville is showing signs of wear
6.0We have been staying here for four years in a row for cruising the coast. When you first enter the lobby, it’s is very nice and clean. We were on the 12th floor. When walking down the halls, I noticed the carpet was stained. Every door had marks on them. First impression of the room was nice and clean. Then noticed stains on three of the towels. The bed was very lumpy. You could only sleep in the middle of the bed because of the way it was worn. Baseboards were dirty. Floors in the bathroom were dirty. We were sadly disappointed with this stay.
