Nice hotel with some "buts"
8.0Hotel is nicely located with friendly staff. Hotel will be renovated soon, also necessary especially bathroom. Unfortunately beach just next to the hotel area very dirty
Beautiful hotel close to Labuan Bajo center
8.0Beautiful hotel on beautiful domain. Reception is not open 24h which might be difficult if you're arriving late from a boat tour or leaving on an early flight.

clean secluded area with quiet ambience
8.0the location is a little bit far from the crowd area, the receptionist is very welcome. Some mosquitoes found in the room - buy mosquito spray might be considered. Private beach but hardly can play with water. Swimming pool is clean yet small

6.0Hotel is lovely if a bit old. The breakfasts were hit-and-miss - one day we were offered a set menu (which was great), but other days it was self-serve toast (a disappointment). The main town is a taxi-ride away and we waited over 30 minutes for a taxi on one night, so it's not easy to pop in/out of town.

10.0Like many I struggled on choosing a nice place to stay, this is a lovely place for the price . The staff are very friendly and attentive to your requirements. I'd say it's better for couples than anything else. rooms are spacious air con plus a fan, no tv so if that's a must I'd take a tablet with you. The balcony is great looking over the wonderful landscaped gardens towards the pool. It has a raised walkway to the beach as well. The WiFi is OK in the reception and restaurant but in the rooms it's hit and miss. I ate two nights running at the hotel and the food is gorgeous cooked from scratch so you wait a little bit which is perfect and the prices are very good. The only thing I can't understand is why more don't stay there it was very quiet with only 7 rooms occupied. I would highly recommend this hotel and I'd definitely stay again.
