4.0Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación. El entorno es único.
− Las instalaciones están en muy mal estado. El spa se cae de viejo y descuidado. Ha habido nulo mantenimiento durante años. La limpieza de las habitaciones bastante deficiente. Y las propias habitaciones muy viejas y faltas de mantenimiento y una mínima renovación de mobiliario. La restauración un desastre: el desayuno muy ramplón y mal organizado, la cafetería, agradable pero la comida fatal…Están reformando el área de recepción, que falta le hacía… El hotel es carísimo para lo que ofrece.

8.0Las instalaciones: La habitación era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también destaca por su buen tamaño, aunque le vendría bien una pequeña reforma para estar al nivel del resto. Las cuevas me gustaron mucho, el entorno espectacular. Gastronomía: El restaurante está bastante bien (correcto) y la cafetería es una gran opción, con comidas que están estupendas. El personal (lo mejor de la estancia): La atención de todo el equipo fue de diez. Mención muy especial para Iñaki, maravilloso en su trato, y para las chicas de recepción, que son verdaderamente estupendas y amables.
− Las obras: El único punto negativo relevante fue que estaban realizando reformas y nos despertaron con taladros a las 7:20 h de la mañana.
Sitio recomendable 7/10.
7.0Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y el servicio del buffet desayuno.
− No fue nada cómodo el sofá cama, se dormía fatal. La nevera que hay la habitación es muy pequeña y literalmente sólo cabe 3 botellas pequeñas de agua. Por todo lo demás bien.
Buenas vistas, recomendable que se reserve la cueva exterior
