10.0In an excellent location, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is just next to a big mall. You can find almost everything you want in the mall. Hotel is pretty new and neat. Spacious room and complete amenities in the roo. Room is nice and clean, and is quiet for a nice layover. Friendly and courteous staff to help with checking in and out a breeze. Great place to stay.
A pleasant experince staying at four points hotel
10.0The staffs are helpfull and friendly. The food is great especially nasi goreng ayam 👍 One suggestion for improvement concerns the bathroom, which looks worn out. But overall we are having a great time staying in Four Points.

10.0Very comfortable 4 stars hotel at the city center (close to Tunjungan Plaza). All the staffs are very kind, especially Mbak Friska she is very helpful. Thank you!
