5.0− Unpersönlich nicht hilfsbereites Personal Lift defekt mussten zum 4 Stock Gepäck tragen. Kein Pannendienst kam seit mehr als 12 stunden. Frühstück Plastickteller alles verpackt zuviel wegwerf Produkte nichts liebevolles oder Aufmerksames.

5.0− The hor tub was broken and the pool area did not look well kept
We won’t ever stay here again. For a newer hotel in the area it was dirty.
4.0− Greeted by the most unfriendly staff. No pool towels, ice machine broken, elevators were out of order. Jacuzzi was drained and out of service. Pool was green around coping and tile.
